Michelin-starred chefs Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya and Chef Hiroko Shibata will expertly carve a freshly caught giant tuna and serve it instantly, accompanied by DJ beats. On this special evening, the Chefs of Sankai by Nagaya, who were awarded a Michelin star just 8 months after opening; Executive Chef Yoshizumi Nagaya and Head Chef Hiroko Shibatawill perform a unique show before the audience's eyes. In this show, where flavorful notes intersect with art and Japanese rituals with the Bosphorus skyline, a massive tuna will be expertly dissected by the chefs. Akami, chutoro, and otoro cut from different parts of the fish will be served instantly as sashimi, nigiri, and courses with a Sankai twist. With a tasting menu and DJ performance, the evening will transcend a traditional meal into interactive entertainment.
