Simpra Brings Technology to the Field with Mobile Caravan Project Simpravan
Simpra, a company offering end-to-end innovative solutions for restaurant and hotel businesses, introduced its mobile caravan project, Simpravan, which brings its technological expertise to the field, at an event held in Istanbul.
At the Simpravan launch event held at Üçüncü Mekan on July 3, Simpra COO Mehmet Emin Çangal explained the project's vision, development process and the opportunities it offers to users. Çangal said, "We did not want to be content with explaining the technologies offered by Simpra at the desk. We wanted people to touch our products and experience that feeling. Simpravan was born out of this very need. We do not just explain our technology, we make it happen."
Live Demo and Experience Area Featured
Unlike classic presentations, Simpravan offers an interactive experience that focuses on the user. Press members tested the products on site in the mobile caravan where Simpra POS, Simpra Kiosk, Check & Place and other technologies were installed.
Emphasizing that the most important aspect of this project is experience rather than technology, Simpra COO Mehmet Emin Çangal“Simpravan is not only a platform that introduces products, but also offers the opportunity to establish an emotional bond with the brand. The contact established at each stop of the caravan is not just a demo, but a moment of sincere communication, rest, touch and discovery with potential customers. This project focuses on keeping the brand alive rather than explaining it,” he said.
Protel Sales Director Fatih Tenel Simpravan made the following statements about Simpravan: “Simpravan is our demo environment. Here, orders can be placed via our self-service kiosks and these orders are directly entered into the cash register system. At the same time, orders sent to the kitchen are tracked through KDS (Kitchen Display System). With KDS, we can see how long it takes for the cook to prepare the order and how long it takes for the order to come out. In this way, we can easily detect equipment or personnel shortages by analyzing the performance in the kitchen.”
Simpravan is Getting Ready to Meet Users on the Road
Simpravan will be moving to meet with restaurant and cafe professionals across Türkiye in the upcoming period. With stops in different cities, Simpra's solutions will be introduced to potential users through one-on-one contact.
