Elite World Hotels & Resorts, one of Turkey's leading hotel chains, continues to grow with new brands and a franchise business model developed in line with changing tourism trends. With nearly 50 years of experience in tourism, the chain introduced its first project under the "Elite World Residence" brand.
“Elite World Residence Istanbul Yeni Levent”, which was brought to life in partnership with Ekol Yapı Group subsidiary Heperz Yapı on a 1300 square meter land in Yeni Levent belonging to Tatlıses Group, owned by artist İbrahim Tatlıses, and where Elite World Hotels & Resorts will share its experience in the accommodation sector, was launched with a press conference. In the meeting, which saw intense participation from members of the press, details about the project were shared by artist İbrahim Tatlıses, Elite World Hotels & Resorts Board Member Emel Elik Bezaroğlu, CEO Orkun Petekçi, Business Development Vice President Mahmut Sürmen, Ekol Yapı Group Board Chairman Kenan Kiper Özerli and Ekol Yapı Executive Board Member Responsible for Sales and Marketing Ebru Tığrak.
Elite World's Marketing Network Will Make Its Investors Profit
Built using neoclassical exterior architecture as an example, Elite World Residence Istanbul Yeni Levent consists of a total of 73 independent sections and 175 commercial units, including 51 1+1, 6 2+1 and 19 3+1 and 4+1 duplex flats varying between 76-6 square meters in size. The residences at Elite World Residence Istanbul Yeni Levent, to which Elite World Hotels & Resorts has granted the naming rights within the framework of its growth targets with the franchise business model, are furnished, have a modern design and the latest technological infrastructure. The residences in the project, which aims to bring profit to its investors with high rental income approximately 35 percent above the regional average, will be offered for sale with prices starting from 7 million TL. Following the sales transaction, the residences will begin to bring profit to its investors through long-term rentals by benefiting from Elite World Hotels & Resorts' marketing network. Favorable payment terms will be offered for the sales of the residences in the project. In the 3000 m2 commercial area located at the entrance of the project, World Ozone Federation President Spec. There will also be a business in the health tourism concept owned by Lale Yeprem. The business, which will be positioned as an international health and wellness center, will also offer special health services from detox to medical aesthetics, from personal care to ozone, spine and pain treatments. The project, which has started construction, will be completed and open its doors in the last quarter of 2025.
