The monthly sushi workshops, which have attracted great interest, are preparing to welcome food lovers with enriched content and high standards under the name "Sushi Academy".

Akira Back Istanbul, which has achieved the distinction of being included in the Michelin Recommended List for three consecutive years, has won a Toque award from Gault&Millau for three consecutive years, and holds four pearls from the Pearl Gastronomy Guide, shares this privileged gastronomic heritage with its participants.

Led by Executive Chef Fatih Alkan and Sushi Chef Talha Yeğen, the Sushi Academy is limited to a maximum of 12 participants to provide a one-on-one, interactive experience with master chefs. The academy, which will meet regularly with enthusiasts every month, will hold its highly anticipated first training session on July 25th.
