Launched in 2023 by Accor, a leading global hospitality group, the Handwritten Collection, a line of unique boutique hotels, has reached a significant milestone today with the opening of its 50th hotel. Operating in 20 countries and having just opened its 50th hotel, the Handwritten Collection continues its growth with more than 50 hotels under development.

Designed for travelers seeking not just accommodation but also stories on their journeys , the Handwritten Collection brings together unique addresses that reflect the guest's personality and the spirit of their destination in every detail. Each hotel is carefully selected, prioritizing character over standardization and storytelling over uniformity.

This milestone was reached with the contribution of recently opened hotels such as Levni Istanbul Hotel – Handwritten Collection in Turkey, Hotel Rathauspark Wien – Handwritten Collection in Austria , Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao – Handwritten Collection in China , and Château de Mazan – Handwritten Collection in France .

At Levni Istanbul Hotel – Handwritten Collection, hospitality is inspired by Istanbul's rich cultural heritage and artistic traditions shaped over centuries. Located on Istanbul's historic peninsula and named after Levni, one of the most important miniature artists and poets of the Ottoman Empire, the hotel invites guests on a journey where culture is not only observed but also experienced and shared. The unique accommodation experience will continue with future openings.

Among the most notable projects to join the collection in the near future is Treasure Island TI Las Vegas – Handwritten Collection, which will be the brand's second hotel in the US and its first in Las Vegas. This iconic property, home to the world-renowned Cirque du Soleil show Mystère, will add significant value to the brand's portfolio. In 2026, the Hotel Rathauspark Wien – Handwritten Collection, housed in a historic building in Vienna, the Hotel Shanghai Hongqiao – Handwritten Collection in Shanghai, and the Château de Mazan – Handwritten Collection in Provence will open their doors to guests. The brand will add the Hotel Aeschi Interlaken – Handwritten Collection and The Queen at Chester Hotel – Handwritten Collection in the summer of 2026, the Palais am Schlossgarten Merseburg – Handwritten Collection in the first quarter of 2027, and the Satori Resort – Handwritten Collection in 2028.
