Corendon Airlines receives the "Sustainability Leaders Award".

The Sustainability Leaders Awards, organized for the third time this year by InBusiness Magazine, the monthly economic publication of Turkuvaz Media Group, were presented at a ceremony held at the Turkuvaz Media Center on December 15, 2025. Corendon Airlines , a pioneering airline, was among the award-winning institutions for its sustainable products and practices. The jury, composed of representatives from the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change and editors from InBusiness Magazine, evaluated Corendon Airlines based on its commencement of using sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) at Antalya Airport, its goal to scale up this practice, and its support for the IATA Fly Net Zero 2050 commitment.

Corendon Airlines, which sets an example for both the sector and the Turkish economy with its steps in the field of sustainable aviation, integrated SAF fuel into its operations in 2024, starting from Fraport TAV Antalya Airport in cooperation with Petrol Ofisi Group; thus, it became one of the exemplary practices in Türkiye's aviation sector aimed at reducing environmental impact.

Corendon Airlines Flight Operations Engineering Manager Gökmen Düzgören commented on the award, saying, “Sustainability is not just a vision for Corendon Airlines, but a tangible responsibility that we have in our operations. The fact that our SAF fuel application, which we started implementing at Antalya Airport in 2024, has been crowned with the Sustainability Leaders Award today is an important indicator that we are moving in the right direction. In the coming period, we will resolutely continue our steps to reduce the environmental impact in the aviation sector by increasing the use of SAF .”
