Ülker Announces First Quarter Financials of 2025
Türkiye's leading food company Ülker Bisküvi completed the first quarter of 2025 with a turnover of 27 billion TL.
According to the statement sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) by Ülker Bisküvi(*), the company closed the first quarter of this year with a turnover of 27 billion TL. The company finished the same period with a 20,3% EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization) margin.
Ülker CEO Özgür Kölükfakı provided the following information regarding the first quarter results: “We completed the first quarter of the year, which was a year of difficult geopolitical and economic conditions, with a turnover of 27 billion TL. We continue to contribute to the Turkish economy with our employment, production and exports. While sustainability is at the center of our way of doing business, our work is also recognized with index championships and awards on national and international platforms. Innovation is indispensable for our sector. We work to adapt to changing consumer preferences and dynamic market conditions. We analyze consumer behavior, trends, new motivations in snack consumption and develop innovative products in our two R&D centers.
We increase our efficiency with digitalization in our production processes and take food safety and sustainability to the highest level. We respond to the increasing food demand with advanced data analytics, automation systems and artificial intelligence-supported processes, as well as our sustainable agriculture and raw material supply steps. We will continue to integrate similar technologies into our system in the coming period and continue our investments in line with our operational excellence goal. We are the leader of our sector in Türkiye. We are the leader in the biscuit market in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Our growth continues in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.
