Atölye Ramadan Menu: From Tradition to Table
Bringing together recipes from all over Turkey with a modern presentation, Atölye Restaurant creates a unique Ramadan atmosphere with its special iftar and sahur menu accompanied by the Bosphorus view.
The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul's special iftar and sahur menu prepared with recipes extending from east to west, south to north by the experienced kitchen team meets its guests at Atölye throughout the month of Ramadan. Award-winning restaurant Atölye offers options to suit every taste with its spread menus served at the table and reflecting the culinary richness of Turkey, while bringing the recipes of the past to today's tables.
Atölye's iftar menu starts with flavors that reflect the identity of different regions such as cheese, stuffed vine leaves and spinach manca, as well as pastrami borek with chard and hazelnut lahmacun. The soup varieties that first come to mind for the iftar tradition, grilled lamb shoulder, mushroom chicken wrap, veal shank, almond pilaf and many more flavors, combine distinguished textures and aromas in the same menu. Hazelnut güllaç, one of the favorite flavors of Ramadan, and pistachio kunefe served with Maraş ice cream are the anticipated flavors of iftar time.
For sahur, as an alternative to the menu option that offers breakfast delicacies prepared with local ingredients, there is a different menu selection that includes plates such as grilled meatballs, rotisserie chicken and grilled sea bass.
The workshop offers a privileged service that suits every need, from family meals to large group events during Ramadan. This special gastronomy experience, which blends traditional Turkish cuisine with modern presentations, leaves a permanent mark on both the palate and the memories.
